This is where we see ourselves. We see our flaws. We see our blemishes, we may see something we like, like our eyes or the shape of our lips. But this is the mirror where we judge ourselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The second type is our body mirror. A bathroom mirror or a long mirror. We see these mirrors not only at home but out at restaurants or in stores. These are the portal mirrors. Look into these mirrors as if the person looking back at you is someone else. She looks like you. Her outfit fits her in all the right places , and the shape of her face is stunning. Maybe you caught her going into the shower, you see some flaws, her body isn&#8217;t perfect, but you would be happy with it if it was yours. She looks back at you. Maybe she is thinking &#8220;I wish I had her confidence or the shape of her nose is perfect.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Insecurities come from putting yourself down and thinking the person in front of you is better than you. But what do you think of the person that looks just like you from a different universe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Be confident in who you are, no one else matters.
